This item is for the Gen7 Twin 10 subwoofer enclosure equipped with JL Audio 10TW3-D4 subwoofers that produce a heart pounding sound, deep bass, and an impressive overall volume. This is the highest performing Xtreme Audio system and produces double the bass of the twin 8 or approximately four times as much bass compared to the factory subwoofers. This system is designed for clients looking to have a high-quality bass solutions and substantial output with subwoofers mounted in the factory location.
Note: This system is not compatible with the Xtreme Audio Plug and Play. You will need an amplifier that produces 600-800 continuous watts (RMS) at 2 ohms. All Twin 10 bass upgrades are wired for a 2 ohm configuration. The top of the enclosure is 2.5” above the rear deck.

Description
This enclosure will fit in all GTR model years. Housing the subwoofers is the most complex and exclusive Xtreme Audio enclosure. The enclosure is built from 5/8″ MDF material for structural rigidity and sound quality. Enclosures are designed with a thicker face and feature CNC made raised rings to recess mount the subwoofers in a form fitted shape. All internal corners and stacks are routered to improve airflow and increase air volume. Internal airspace is further expanded using a calculated area of BlackHole stuffing. Threaded inserts are built into each enclosure on the sides and rear so that bolts are used for mounting and attaching accessories. Enclosures are finished with gold hardware, gold terminals, and a 1/4″ layer of high density foam with upholstery that is nearly identical to the factory GTR interior. A rear centre console cover and rear deck cover is included to carry the OEM stitching from the front arm rest, through the rear console, and onto the subwoofer enclosure.
The twin 10 is not listed in the comparative sound chart. The twin 10 significantly outperforms all twin 8 systems in terms of overall output and depth of bass. This is due to a higher power handling, significantly more cone surface area, and a long throw excursion.
